RETURN POLICY (TERMS & CONDITIONS)
Please read our policy carefully. Below are the details of our Return, Cancellation, and Refund Policy.
No Exchange Policy
We have a No Exchange Policy.
Replacement is provided only if the product is damaged during transit.
Unboxing Video is mandatory for any claims related to damaged items.
Cancellation Policy
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled for any reason.
Return Policy
We accept returns only in the following cases:
Damaged Product:
If you receive a damaged product, report it to us within 24 hours via email.
Provide images or a video showing the damage.
Upon approval, we will offer you an exchange.
Wrong Product Delivered:
If you receive a different product than what you ordered, notify us within 24 hours with proof (images/video).
Return Conditions:
Products must be sent back through reputed courier services within 48 hours of approval.
The buyer bears the return shipping cost.
Products must be returned in their original packaging.
We do not offer refunds once a product is purchased. Replacement is provided for damaged or wrongly delivered items only.
Important Note:
For damage claims, a 360-degree unboxing video showing the entire process (from package opening to item check) is required.
Without proper unboxing proof, we regret to inform you that damage claims cannot be accepted.
Refund Policy
We offer refunds in the following scenarios:
Product Unavailability: If the product is unavailable or found defective before dispatch.
No Delivery Service: If delivery service is not available in your area.
Mode of Refund:
Refunds will be processed through NEFT within 3 working days.
